Who are you?
People vs Elon is a project by non-profit campaign group People vs Profiteers. You can read more about us on our website. We have strong relationships with each of the non-profits we have partnered with for this campaign, and we will be distributing all the proceeds between the named organisations equally.
What happens to my donation?
Your donations are split between small organisations in the UK. Every penny goes to groups working on anti-racism, trans rights, and economic justice listed above. We are using trusted platform GoCardless to process direct debits.
How much could this cost me?
Musk tweets around 2,000 times per month. At 1p per tweet, that's £20 monthly - but you can set a cap so it never goes over e.g. £5, £10 or £25.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Just email us at peoplevsprofiteers@gmail.com or cancel your direct debit.
Why Elon?
Not happy with fuelling the far-right in the USA, he's now doing the same in the UK.
We can't let the richest man in the world poison our politics. While nurses use food banks, his wealth grew by $200 billion last year.
Luckily, the British public hates his guts. So let's send a message to Elon: for every ounce of hate you spread, we'll spread ounces of the “woke nonsense” you hate: fighting, and winning a fairer UK where billionaires pay their way and difference is welcome.
